About the Job
We are a highly specialised tech startup in the heart of Berlin, working on one of the hardest and most relevant problems of our time: bringing artificial intelligence to where it has the biggest leverage – our public sector. Our goal is to take load off administrative staff and to resolve citizens' requests more efficiently and more pleasantly. Our solutions already support more than 1 million people across most German federal states – and the number is growing fast. As one of Germany's fastest-growing GovTech startups, something genuinely new happens here every day. You work directly with the founders (ex-UN, ex-TR, PhDs, German Academic Scholarship Foundation, top-of-class) as part of a small, excellent collective backed by very senior advisors. In short: maximum impact, minimum friction.
Your Role
Own most of our pipeline – lead customer conversations as an equal partner, from first contact to signed contract and for years after
Build long-term partnerships – every conversation, every message, every idea counts and solves our customers' problems
Work closely with the founders, product and delivery to keep improving what we offer
Shape the strategic development of our RevOps
Your Profile
3-4 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales with a proven track record
A strong sense for customer needs and the ability to turn them into solutions
Confidence in complex decision-making processes
A structured way of working and experience building efficient RevOps processes
Strong initiative, ownership and the drive to actively shape things
